About the project
A detached ADU we built from the ground up, finished start to finish. The walkthrough runs the whole unit: an open kitchen and living area, a hallway of bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry hookups tucked into their own alcove. The kitchen wraps two walls with an island in the middle, high gloss white cabinets with brushed gold pulls, veined quartz counters and backsplash, a gas range under a chimney hood, and skylights that keep the room bright all day. The bathroom is finished in large format marble look porcelain with a frameless glass shower and a floating black vanity. Hardwood flooring runs through every room, and a wall of sliding glass opens the living space to the yard.
